The machine ID, also known as the hardware ID or UUID, is a unique identifier assigned to your computer’s hardware components. It’s used by NinjaTrader for licensing purposes to ensure that the software is being used on authorized machines.

How to find your machine ID?
- Open NinjaTrader on your computer.
- Navigate to the Help menu at the top of the NinjaTrader platform.
- In the Help menu, select the About option.
- In the About window, look for the section labeled License Information or similar.
- Your machine ID should be listed in this section. It’s often labeled as Machine ID or Hardware ID.
